Responsibilities: Manage end\-to\-end recruitment operations including requisition management, candidate pipeline tracking, interview coordination, and offer processing. Ensure timely and accurate execution of hiring processes in alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to meet hiring targets and workforce planning goals. Monitor recruitment SLAs, quality metrics, and process adherence; implement corrective actions where necessary. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records in recruitment systems and ensure data integrity across platforms. Support internal audits and reporting requirements related to recruitment operations.**Qualifications**
