We are looking for a professional and organized Front Office Assistant to manage daily front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

  • *Key Responsibilities :**
  • Welcome and assist visitors and guests.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage emails, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the reception and front office area remain organized.
  • Support day\-to\-day office operations as required.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.
  • Prior experience in front office, reception, or administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
