Job Description
Nestoria Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional, well\-presented, and customer\-oriented Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently while delivering a welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
\* Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business associates.
\* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
\* Schedule client meetings and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
\* Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front desk operations.
\* Manage office correspondence, couriers, and administrative documentation.
\* Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and presentable.
\* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
\* Provide administrative support as required.
Requirements
\* Graduate in any discipline.
\* Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
\* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
\* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
\* Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.
\* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
