Job Description
A **Front Office Executive** is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for reception, communication, scheduling, and administrative support. This role is crucial in shaping the company’s first impression and ensuring smooth front desk operations.Key Responsibilities
- **Reception \& Guest Handling**: Greet visitors, direct them to the right department, and maintain a professional first impression.
- **Communication Management**: Answer calls, respond to emails, and maintain communication records.
- **Appointment \& Scheduling**: Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate calendars, and inform staff about visitor arrivals.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle courier, mail, documentation, and assist HR/admin with coordination tasks.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure reception is clean, coordinate with housekeeping, and monitor office supplies.
- **Security \& Visitor Management**: Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and follow security protocols.
Skills Required
- **Technical Skills**: MS Office, email handling, scheduling tools.
- **Soft Skills**: Communication, interpersonal skills, multitasking, problem\-solving, customer service mindset.
Qualifications \& Experience
- Graduate or diploma in any field.
- 2–5 years of experience in front office/reception roles.
- Hospitality or corporate office experience preferred.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹9,346\.80 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
