Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily employee attendance records and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports for engineers and office staff.
  • Record and maintain vendor bills, invoices, and expense entries in Microsoft Excel.
  • Monitor and ensure timely payment of company credit card bills.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing office mail, courier services, and document dispatch.
  • Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.
  • Maintain inventory of office stationery, pantry supplies, and other consumables; raise purchase requests as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the office boy to ensure efficient housekeeping and office support services.
  • Ensure the reception and common office areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Support HR and Accounts with routine administrative activities when required.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage visitors, and handle incoming telephone calls professionally.
  • Perform any other administrative or office\-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications \& Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum **4\+ years of experience** as a Front Office Executive, Administrative Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**, including **MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook**.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel for maintaining attendance records, bill entries, and reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English**.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a customer\-focused approach.

Salary: 20,000 per month

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,324\.09 per month
