About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled **Frontend \& GenAI Engineer** to build modern, scalable, and user\-centric applications while developing AI\-powered workflows and agent\-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **React, Python, LangChain, and LangGraph**, along with hands\-on experience delivering production\-grade Generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.
• Build and integrate GenAI services, orchestration layers, and AI\-powered workflows using Python.
• Design and implement agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and optimize AI application performance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, maintainability, and performance across applications.
• Integrate APIs, backend services, databases, and AI models into production environments.

• Exposure to enterprise AI security and observability frameworks

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands\-on experience in React.js, Python, and LangChain
• Experience building and deploying at least one production\-grade GenAI application
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
