Job Description

We are seeking a high\-energy, multi\-talented **Sales Executive** to drive the 360\-degree growth of our frozen food brand. This unique role requires a dynamic professional who can handle the entire ecosystem: selling our premium **Frozen Soya Chaap \& Snack portfolio**, pitching commercial **refrigeration infrastructure** to retail partners, and closing high\-value **franchise deals** with prospective investors.

  • *Key Responsibilities1\. Frozen Food \& B2B Product Sales**
  • **Market Expansion:** Pitch and secure bulk orders for our Frozen Soya Chaap, French fries, and plant\-based snack portfolio to HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering), modern trade outlets, and local distributors.
  • **Volume Growth:** Meet monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets.
  • **Stock Management:** Monitor distributor stock levels and enforce **FIFO** (First In, First Out) rules to prevent product expiration.
  • *2\. Cold Chain Infrastructure Sales**
  • **Asset Placement:** Sell and lease commercial chest freezers and refrigeration units to partner retail outlets to lock in our brand’s exclusive shelf space.
  • **Technical Consultation:** Assess partner shop capacities and recommend the appropriate refrigeration equipment to ensure an unbroken cold chain at **\-18°C or below**.
  • **Audit Control:** Conduct regular field visits to ensure company\-provided refrigeration assets are fully functional and exclusively stocking our brand's SKUs.
  • *3\. Franchise Development \& Sales**
  • **Lead Conversion:** Identify, approach, and pitch our highly profitable QSR and Kiosk franchise models to prospective investors, entrepreneurs, and food industry professionals.
  • **Deal Closure:** Manage the entire franchise sales pipeline—from initial discovery calls and presenting financial ROI models to negotiating agreements and closing the franchise fee.
  • **Location Scouting:** Assist newly onboarded franchisees in evaluating high\-foot\-traffic locations suitable for setting up new brand outlets.
  • *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
  • **Sales Volume:** Monthly revenue generated through bulk frozen food sales.
  • **Infrastructure Footprint:** Number of company or partner freezers deployed in target markets.
  • **Franchise Closures:** Number of new franchise store agreements signed per quarter.
  • *Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • **Industry Experience:** Proven track record in B2B FMCG sales, commercial kitchen equipment sales, or franchise expansion networks.
  • **Pitching Excellence:** Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to switch between pitching a ₹500 product box to a ₹10,000 freezer, up to a ₹10\+ Lakh franchise setup.
  • **Cold Chain Knowledge:** Basic technical understanding of commercial refrigeration units and the shelf\-life demands of frozen food.
  • **Mobility:** Ready to travel extensively across the assigned territory for field sales, distributor visits, and investor meets.

Pay: ₹9,500\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
