Full Stack Backend Developer (Node.js)

We are looking for a skilled and responsible **Full Stack Backend Developer** to join our team for an ongoing product\-based project. The main responsibility will be backend development using **Node.js**, API development, database management, and server\-side logic. The candidate should also have working knowledge of **React.js / Next.js** for admin panel development. Knowledge of **React Native** will be an added advantage.

This is an onsite role based in **Rajkot**.

• *Responsibilities**

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend APIs using Node.js
• Work on existing product features and provide technical support
• Manage and improve MongoDB database structure and queries
• Integrate backend APIs with React.js / Next.js admin panel
• Coordinate with mobile app developers for API requirements
• Handle bug fixing, performance improvement, and feature updates
• Work with AWS server deployment and basic server management
• Maintain clean, secure, and scalable code
• Understand product requirements and deliver solutions on time

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 3 to 5 years of experience in backend or full\-stack development
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js
• Good experience with MongoDB
• Experience in REST API development and third\-party API integration
• Basic knowledge of React.js / Next.js
• Understanding of authentication, JWT, validations, and API security
• Basic knowledge of AWS server, deployment, PM2, or similar tools
• Good debugging and problem\-solving skills
• Ability to understand existing code and work independently
• Good communication and team coordination skills

• Experience with React Native
• Experience with SaaS or product\-based applications
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and deployment workflow
• Understanding of admin panel and mobile app API structure
