Full Stack Developer

• *About the Role**
• -----------------

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with about 1 year of hands\-on experience to help build custom CRM solutions for our clients. You will work on both frontend and backend: dashboards, lead and customer management modules, workflow automation, reporting and third\-party integrations, using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB and SQL. You will work under senior developers and gradually take ownership of complete modules.**Key Responsibilities**

• -----------------------

• Develop custom CRM modules such as leads, contacts, deals/pipeline, tasks, follow\-ups, activity logs and user roles
• Build responsive dashboards, forms, data tables, filters and reports using **Next.js** and **React.js**
• Create and maintain REST APIs using **Node.js** and **Express.js**
• Design database schemas and write optimized queries in **MongoDB** and **SQL** (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Implement authentication, role\-based access control (RBAC) and permission management
• Integrate third\-party services: email/SMS/WhatsApp APIs, payment gateways, telephony, Google/Meta lead sources and webhooks
• Convert client requirements and UI/UX designs into working features
• Build import/export (CSV/Excel) and basic workflow automation such as notifications and reminders
• Debug, test and fix issues; support deployment and post\-release changes
• Follow coding standards, use Git, and take part in code reviews and daily stand\-ups
• Prepare short technical notes or API documentation for the modules you build

• *Required Skills**
• ------------------

• About 1 year of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (internship experience may be considered)
• Strong **JavaScript (ES6\+)**; **TypeScript** preferred
• Hands\-on with **React.js** and **Next.js** (routing, SSR/SSG, API routes, state management)
• Good knowledge of **Node.js** and **Express.js**, and REST API design
• Working experience with **MongoDB** (Mongoose, aggregation) and **SQL** (joins, indexing, transactions)
• Understanding of authentication (JWT, sessions), role\-based access and API security
• Comfortable with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
• Experience with Git/GitHub and testing APIs with Postman
• Ability to read client requirements and break them into tasks

• *Good to Have**

• Prior work on a CRM, ERP, admin panel or SaaS dashboard
• Redux, Zustand or React Query; Prisma or Sequelize
• Basic Docker, AWS or Vercel deployment knowledge
• Experience with third\-party APIs, webhooks, cron jobs and queues
• Unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Agile/Scrum and Jira
