We are looking for a technically skilled, responsible, and motivated **Full\-Stack Developer \& AI API Integration Engineer** based in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, who can help us maintain, improve, and eventually manage the technical operations of our platform.

This is a long\-term opportunity to grow with an international AI technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Full\-Stack Software Development**

• Understand, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our existing web application.
• Work with frontend and backend code.
• Identify and fix bugs, errors, and performance issues.
• Maintain and improve application features.
• Understand existing software architecture and independently resolve technical problems.

• *2\. AI APIs and Third\-Party Integrations**

• Work with multiple AI video, image, audio, and voice generation APIs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with providers such as Kling, Runway, fal.ai, ElevenLabs, and other AI services.
• Handle API authentication, requests, responses, webhooks, and error handling.
• Diagnose failed video generation, provider timeouts, and processing errors.
• Optimize API reliability, performance, and usage costs.
• Research and integrate new AI services when required.

• *3\. Backend, Database, and Payment Systems**

• Work with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and backend services.
• Troubleshoot databases, user accounts, and application workflows.
• Maintain subscription and payment integrations, including Stripe.
• Investigate payment\-related technical issues and subscription errors.
• Maintain secure and reliable platform operations.

• *4\. Platform Monitoring and Maintenance**

• Monitor application performance and production errors.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents.
• Review system logs and investigate failed operations.
• Maintain software updates, security practices, and system reliability.
• Test fixes before deployment and document technical changes.

• *5\. Customer Technical Support — Future Responsibility**

• Gradually take ownership of customer technical support.
• Investigate customer complaints involving accounts, payments, video generation, and platform errors.
• Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
• Resolve technical problems independently or coordinate with service providers.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and customer support procedures.
• Eventually become the primary person responsible for day\-to\-day technical operations and escalated customer issues.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates should have practical knowledge of most of the following

• JavaScript and TypeScript
• React.js and Next.js
• Node.js and backend development
• REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication
• PostgreSQL, SQL, and database management
• Git and GitHub
• Debugging, testing, and troubleshooting
• Cloud deployments and environment configuration
• Secure coding and basic application security
• Integration and maintenance of third\-party services

• *Additional Skills — Preferred**

• Experience with AI platforms, LLMs, or generative AI APIs
• Experience with Stripe or other payment gateways
• Knowledge of Supabase
• Experience with automated workflows, queues, and asynchronous processing
• Familiarity with video generation, audio processing, or media platforms
• Experience supporting production SaaS applications
• Familiarity with AI\-assisted development tools

Candidate Requirements

• Must be based in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, or willing to relocate there.
• 2–5 years of relevant software development experience preferred.
• Strong problem\-solving and debugging abilities.
• Ability to understand an existing codebase rather than only build new projects.
• Comfortable working with multiple APIs and third\-party services.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Willingness to learn new AI technologies.
