### **What you'll do**

• Design, build, and ship full\-stack features across backend and frontend.
• Model data and write robust, well\-tested APIs.
• Build clean, responsive UI that factory teams can use all day.
• Contribute to our AI document\-capture and automation workflows.
• Take ownership from spec to production, including code review and monitoring.

### **What we're looking for**

• 2–6 years building full\-stack web applications.
• Strong in a modern backend (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) and SQL.
• Proficient with a modern frontend framework (React preferred).
• Solid grasp of API design, testing, and version control.

### **Nice to have**

• Experience with cloud infra, CI/CD, or containers.
• Interest in AI/LLM\-powered product features.
