We are looking for a logically strong Full Stack Developer who can own features end\-to\-end across our growing product suite. You will work on building, scaling, and maintaining production web and mobile applications — from frontend interfaces to backend services, databases, and event\-driven systems. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just write code, but understands system flow, architecture, and the "why" behind technical decisions. You should be comfortable debugging complex issues, reasoning about data flow across services, and learning fast in a high\-ownership environment.

Work with event\-driven and async architectures — webhooks, message queues, and background job processing
Design, optimize, and maintain MongoDB and PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines
Integrate and debug third\-party APIs, webhooks, and external services (payment, telephony, messaging, etc.)
Understand and improve system architecture and data flow across distributed services

Debug and root\-cause complex production issues across the stack
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment processes
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior developers *Required Skills \& Qualifications** Strong logical reasoning and problem\-solving ability — able to break down complex problems and reason about system behavior, not just write code Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (React preferred; acceptable) Hands\-on backend experience with Node.js (NestJS / Express preferred); Python/Java a plus Strong grasp of REST APIs, HTTP, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API design Practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases — MongoDB and PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization) Understanding of webhooks and event\-driven/async processing Familiarity with caching and message/queue systems — Redis, BullMQ, Kafka (or strong willingness to learn quickly) Ability to understand and explain system architecture, service flow, and data movement between components \-Proficient with Git version control and collaborative workflows

The ideal candidate understands how data flows through a System can reason about why an architecture is built a certain way, debugs methodically, and is hungry to learn advanced concepts like distributed Systems, queues, and event\-driven design.
