GreyOak Capital Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Full Stack Developer to help build, maintain, and scale our fintech platform, internal dashboards, client workflows, and digital infrastructure.
We are looking for a practical, execution\-focused developer who can independently handle frontend and backend development, work with financial data workflows, build reliable systems, and support a fast\-moving product environment.
This role is suitable for someone who is not only comfortable writing code, but also understands how to ship working products, solve production issues, and build systems that are clean, reliable, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for
- Developing and maintaining website pages, dashboards, forms, admin panels, internal tools, and client\-facing modules.
- Converting Figma designs and UI references into responsive, clean, and professional frontend interfaces.
- Building and maintaining backend APIs, authentication systems, user workflows, database operations, and admin\-side functionality.
- Managing CMS pages, blogs, FAQs, help sections, service pages, landing pages, and website structure.
- Integrating third\-party systems such as CRM, payment gateways, email systems, WhatsApp APIs, analytics tools, and automation workflows.
- Working with financial market data, APIs, live data feeds, and data\-heavy dashboard environments.
- Managing data flow reliability, caching, backend performance, response speed, and system stability.
- Improving website performance, responsiveness, SEO structure, page speed, and overall user experience.
- Debugging frontend issues, backend errors, broken workflows, API failures, deployment issues, and production bugs.
- Maintaining proper Git/GitHub workflows, version control, clean code structure, and reusable components.
- Coordinating with founders, backend developers, quant team, designers, and business teams to convert product requirements into working features.
Required Skills
The candidate should have hands\-on experience with
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- React.js / Next.js
- Tailwind CSS or similar frontend frameworks
- Node.js / Express.js OR PHP / Laravel
- REST API development and integration
- MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Redis / KeyDB or similar caching systems
- CMS and CRM integrations
- Git and GitHub
- Basic hosting, VPS, server, and deployment knowledge
- API handling, debugging, authentication, and backend workflows
Strong Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who Have
- Experience building fintech, SaaS, analytics, dashboards, admin panels, or data\-heavy platforms.
- Understanding of financial market data, stock market workflows, APIs, and real\-time/live data systems.
- Ability to work with caching, data reliability, backend performance, and scalable API structures.
- Experience handling production systems, deployment issues, bugs, and live platform maintenance.
- Ability to independently solve technical problems without waiting for step\-by\-step instructions.
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to ship features quickly in a startup environment.
