Senior Full Stack Developer – Java \& React (5–10 Years)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can own complex features end\-to\-end, drive technical decisions, and ensure scalability, security, and performance across the stack. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and junior engineers to deliver high\-quality solutions.

Architecture \& Design

• Design and evolve RESTful API contracts using Swagger/OpenAPI
• Define backend microservices architecture and frontend modular design
• Ensure solutions scale for performance, security, and maintainability

Backend Development

• Build and maintain services using Java (8\+/17\), Spring Boot
• Implement Spring Security with OAuth2/OIDC/JWT
• Design and optimize databases, queries, and indexing strategies
• Implement asynchronous communication using Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Write clean, testable, and production\-grade code

Frontend Development

• Build scalable UI using React, TypeScript
• Use advanced React patterns (Hooks, Context, React Query/Redux)
• Optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, memoization, CRP optimization)
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross\-browser compatibility
• Write test cases using jest

DevOps \& Cloud

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab)
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy via Kubernetes
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for application deployment
• Ensure observability using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools

Quality \& Leadership

• Drive automated testing across the stack
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce best practices
• Mentor junior developers and guide technical implementations
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning

Production Support (L2/L3\)

• Own and resolve medium to high\-severity incidents
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions
• Support deployments, hotfixes, and rollback activities
• Improve system stability and performance

Backend Support

• Debug and optimize Spring Boot services
• Analyze and tune SQL queries and indexes
• Fix transaction, concurrency, and data integrity issues
• Handle security\-related fixes (auth, authorization, validations)

Frontend Support

• Debug complex React issues (state management, API failures)
• Fix performance issues and rendering bugs
• Support browser and device compatibility
