Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)** with **2 years of hands\-on experience** in developing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the MERN stack and be capable of building responsive, high\-performance applications while collaborating with cross\-functional teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain web applications using the **MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)**.
• Build responsive and user\-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and maintenance.
• Integrate third\-party APIs and services.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

• *Required Skills**

• 2 years of experience in MERN Stack development.
• Strong proficiency in **JavaScript (ES6\+)**.
• Hands\-on experience with **React.js**, **Node.js**, **Express.js**, and **MongoDB**.
• Good understanding of **HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS**, and responsive web design.
• Experience in developing and consuming **REST APIs**.
• Knowledge of **JWT Authentication**, role\-based access control, and security best practices.
• Experience with **Git/GitHub** for version control.
• Familiarity with **Redux** or Context API for state management.
• Basic knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean) is an advantage.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with **TypeScript**, **Next.js**, or Docker is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
