• *What You'll Build**

• Develop and improve Kshm’s website and digital products.
• Build fast, responsive, and scalable applications across the frontend and backend.
• Work closely with design, marketing, operations, and leadership to bring ideas to life.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, shipping partners, and internal business tools.
• Improve website speed, performance, and customer experience.
• Own features from idea to deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable code that scales as we grow.
• Continuously look for smarter, faster ways to build.

• *What We're Looking For**

• 2–5 years of experience building web applications.
• Strong experience with **React.js**, **Node.js**, and **Express.js**.
• Comfortable working with databases like **MongoDB**, **PostgreSQL**, or **MySQL**.
• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, and modern web architecture.
• Experience with Git and deployment workflows.
• Someone who enjoys ownership, moves quickly, and cares about quality.

• Experience with **Shopify** or e\-commerce platforms.
• Worked with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Built integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, or third\-party tools.
• An eye for performance, user experience, and clean engineering.
