Mega Lifesciences is looking for a **Full Stack Developer** to work closely with the **General Manager \- Digital Services** in a fast\-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

### **Job Summary**

As a **Full Stack Developer**, your key tasks include

• Design and develop cutting\-edge MERN stack applications by building React and Next.js front\-end interfaces, Node.js/Express.js back\-end services, APIs, databases, and integrating third\-party services.
• Ensure performance and security by resolving bugs, optimizing Core Web Vitals, implementing dependency updates, and maintaining robust security measures across applications.
• Test, deploy, and manage applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines, while monitoring production environments and resolving deployment issues efficiently.
• Oversee version control with GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket by managing branches, reviewing pull requests, resolving conflicts, and upholding coding standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track progress through project management tools, providing technical insights, effort estimation, and communication of risks or delays.
• Manage AWS infrastructure by configuring and monitoring EC2, S3, CloudFront, SSL certificates, DNS settings, and backups to ensure reliability and high performance.
• Update and manage website content—from landing pages and blogs to media assets—ensuring accuracy, functionality, and timely publication aligned with SEO standards.

### **Qualification \& Experience**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (e.g., B.E./B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc)
• 3–7 years of experience developing scalable full\-stack web applications.
• Proven expertise in MERN stack (Node.js, Express.js, React, Next.js) and related modern frameworks.
• Experience managing AWS environments, version control systems, and collaborating in Agile teams.
• Knowledge of PHP and WordPress for CMS support is a plus.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete lifecycle of web applications—from solution design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization to post\-launch support and maintenance. They should demonstrate strong problem\-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills while collaborating with cross\-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate should be proactive, detail\-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and recommend innovative, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. A solid understanding of international web standards, security best practices, performance optimization, accessibility, cloud technologies, and modern development methodologies is essential for delivering secure, reliable, and high\-quality digital experiences.
