Job Overview

Ashcorp Technologies LLP is looking for an experienced and skilled **MERN Stack Developer** with a minimum of 2 years of hands\-on experience in real\-time, client\-based software development projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, proven experience in developing and deploying live applications, project management capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate directly with clients.

Key Roles \& Responsibilities

• *1\. Full Stack Development**

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build scalable, secure, and responsive web applications.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, third\-party services, and payment gateways.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance\-related problems.

• *2\. Real\-Time Project Experience**

• Must have hands\-on experience working on live client projects.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering real\-world E\-commerce applications is mandatory.
• Experience in E\-commerce functionalities such as product management, cart, checkout, payment integration, order management, and admin dashboards.
• Ability to independently handle projects from development to final delivery.

• *3\. GitHub \& Version Control**

• Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub is mandatory.
• Experience in repository management, branching, merging, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Must be able to demonstrate previous project contributions through GitHub repositories or relevant project portfolios.

• *4\. Hosting \& Deployment**

• Practical knowledge of website and web application hosting.
• Experience in deploying MERN Stack applications to live servers.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting, domain configuration, SSL, environment variables, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage application updates, maintenance, and production issues.

• *5\. Client Communication**

• Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and project reviews.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and delivery timelines.
• Handle client feedback, requirement changes, and technical clarifications professionally.

• *6\. Project Management**

• Plan, organize, and manage software development projects.
• Break down project requirements into tasks and assign priorities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and other team members.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality standards.

• *7\. Team Leadership**

• Guide and support junior developers.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices.
• Take ownership of project delivery and technical problem\-solving.
• Demonstrate strong decision\-making, accountability, and leadership skills.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Mandatory experience in live E\-commerce project development.
• Proven experience in real client projects, not limited to academic or training projects.
• Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Practical experience in hosting, deployment, and server management.
• Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Good client communication and requirement analysis skills.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem\-solving abilities.

Mandatory Requirements
