Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Role Overview

You will be the technical lead responsible for

• Implementing Insightly CRM pipelines, custom fields, automations, and API integrations
• Designing and building a scalable middleware/API layer
• Working with operational heads to convert business processes into robust system workflows
• Acting as the glue between CRM, web app, and external partner systems (dialers, financing providers, proposal management and scheduling tools, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Custom CRM/ERP platforms from scratch using the MERN Stack.
• Build scalable frontend and backend architectures with strong data modeling and system design practices.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, middleware services, and integration layers.
• Build custom integrations with third\-party platforms where no ready\-made connector exists.
• Design workflows, automations, user roles, permissions, and business process management systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational workflows into technical solutions.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in Custom CRM or ERP Development.
• Strong MERN Stack expertise (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js/Next.js, Node.js).
• Deep understanding of backend architecture, database design, and data structures.
• Hands\-on experience building complete systems from frontend to backend.
• Experience developing custom API integrations and middleware solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and integration patterns.

Important Evaluation Criteria

Experience using pre\-built CRM integrations alone will not be sufficient. Preference will be given to candidates who have designed and developed custom business solutions and integrations from scratch.

Preferred Experience

• 4–8 years of Full\-Stack Development experience.
• Experience owning products from concept to deployment.
• Strong problem\-solving, architecture, and debugging skills.
• Must have delivered at least one end\-to\-end Custom CRM, ERP, or Workflow Automation Platform.
• Must have built API\-driven backend services and custom integrations.
