Full Stack Developer (3\+ years experience)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable front\-end and back\-end applications.
**Mentor junior developers** and assist in guiding team members on code quality, architecture, and best practices.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with technical requirements and business objectives.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and implement features.
Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and third\-party integrations.
Write clean, maintainable, and high\-performance code.
Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security.
Participate in sprint planning, stand\-ups, code reviews, and other agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
**3\+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with leadership experience** (e.g., mentoring junior developers, leading small feature development, or coordinating project delivery).

Database experience: SQL \& NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM/ODM tools (Prisma, Drizzle, Mongoose).
Experience integrating services like Google Maps API.
Strong understanding of Git\-based version control (GitHub, GitLab).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (deployment \& rollback strategies).
Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
is a plus.
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
Strong grasp of system design, distributed architecture, and security best practices (JWT, OAuth, RBAC).
Excellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership skills.
