- *Full Stack Software Engineer**
Neuralniti’s core infrastructure team builds the scalable, fault\-tolerant systems required to integrate artificial intelligence into highly regulated clinical and enterprise environments. We are responsible for the foundational architecture that bridges probabilistic machine learning models with deterministic, mission\-critical applications. Our work directly impacts how healthcare, financial, and industrial organizations deploy AI securely and reliably.
As a Staff Full\-Stack Engineer, you are the technical anchor of our product suite. You own the complete lifecycle of our applications. You will navigate deep technical ambiguity to design systems that span from complex relational databases and intensive ML orchestration, all the way to highly optimized, concurrent frontend interfaces. You will be expected to resolve systemic bottlenecks, define strict API boundaries, and ensure seamless, type\-safe data flow across the entire stack. In this role, you will not only ship critical infrastructure but also elevate the engineering culture by mentoring engineers and setting the standard for full\-stack technical excellence.
- Lead the end\-to\-end design, implementation, and deployment of highly scalable, secure full\-stack web applications for enterprise and clinical environments.
- Architect resilient backend services (Node.js, Python) to handle complex data orchestration, business logic, and foundation model integrations.
- Drive frontend technical direction (React, Next.js, TypeScript), optimizing for complex state management, rendering performance, and high\-fidelity user experiences under heavy data loads.
- Design and scale relational databases (PostgreSQL/pgvector), owning schema evolution, query optimization, and data access patterns under high concurrency.
- Establish and enforce strict, type\-safe API contracts (REST, GraphQL, or tRPC) to guarantee seamless, low\-latency data hydration between client interfaces and distributed backend services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, driving engineering best practices through design documents, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
- Identify, measure, and resolve systemic architectural debt, frontend rendering bottlenecks, and backend latency issues across the full stack.
- *Minimum qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6\+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Java, C\+\+).
- Deep, hands\-on experience architecting, building, and maintaining large\-scale distributed systems and full\-stack web applications.
- Expertise across both modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend ecosystems (e.g., Node.js, Python).
- Experience in a technical leadership role, leading project teams and setting full\-stack technical direction.
- *Preferred qualifications:**
- Experience building full\-stack applications that integrate machine learning models, multimodal AI architectures, or LLMs into production environments.
- Demonstrated experience architecting secure, zero\-trust systems for highly regulated workflows (e.g., clinical decision\-support systems, HIPAA\-compliant pipelines, high\-frequency financial platforms).
- Advanced expertise in relational database internals, transaction isolation, and complex query execution planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of authoring comprehensive technical design documents and aligning cross\-functional teams.
