We are looking for a highly skilled and trustworthy \*Full Stack Web Developer\* to take complete ownership of our website, web applications, customer portal, admin portal, CRM integrations, and backend systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent problem\-solving abilities, and a high level of integrity while handling confidential business information.

\#\# Key Responsibilities

\* Develop, maintain and enhance the company website and web applications.

\* Manage customer portal, admin panel and backend systems.

\* Design and develop secure APIs and third\-party integrations.

\* Ensure website security, data protection and application performance.

\* Monitor server health, uptime and application availability.

\* Manage hosting, SSL certificates, domains and DNS configurations.

\* Implement regular database backups and disaster recovery processes.

\* Optimize website speed, SEO performance and user experience.

\* Develop new features based on business requirements.

\* Coordinate with operations, sales and marketing teams for new technology initiatives.

\* Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimum downtime.

\* Maintain proper documentation of source code, server architecture and deployment processes.

\* Implement role\-based access controls, activity logs and security best practices.

\* Participate in code reviews and maintain version control using Git.
