Full Stack Developer – Next.js & NestJS | ERP / SaaS

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a highly skilled, intelligent, and technically strong **Full Stack Developer** with hands\-on experience in Next.js, NestJS, and modern web application development.

The ideal candidate should have experience developing complex ERP, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise\-level applications and should be comfortable handling both frontend and backend development.

We are particularly interested in developers who are highly proficient in using AI\-powered coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, debug complex issues, and build production\-ready applications.

This is an opportunity to work on challenging, large\-scale software products involving business automation, enterprise workflows, financial integrations, APIs, and mobile application backends.

We need a developer who can think independently, understand architecture, solve problems, and take complete ownership of development tasks.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and NestJS.
• Build modern, responsive, high\-performance frontend applications.
• Develop robust backend services, REST APIs, and business logic.
• Design scalable database structures, relationships, indexes, and optimized SQL queries.
• Develop complex ERP/CRM modules, business workflows, role\-based access systems, and multi\-tenant architectures.
• Build and maintain API integrations with third\-party platforms, payment gateways, and external services.
• Develop backend services and APIs that support Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Implement authentication, authorization, security mechanisms, and data validation.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, API response times, and server resources.
• Work with AI coding assistants to accelerate development, debugging, code reviews, refactoring, and testing.
• Write clean, reusable, modular, maintainable, and well\-documented code.
• Identify and resolve technical issues independently.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, testers, project managers, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, deployment, and production support.

• *Mandatory Technical Skills**

• *Frontend Development**

• Strong hands\-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend architecture, reusable components, hooks, and state management.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI integration skills.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar styling frameworks.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization and SEO fundamentals.

• *Backend Development**

• Strong hands\-on experience with NestJS and Node.js.
• Excellent understanding of TypeScript and backend application architecture.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third\-party APIs.
• Knowledge of authentication, JWT, OAuth2, RBAC, guards, middleware, and API security.
• Experience with background jobs, queues, scheduled tasks, event\-driven architecture, and caching.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and scalable backend design.

• *Database \& Architecture**

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
• Excellent understanding of relational database design, normalization, indexing, joins, transactions, and query optimization.
• Experience designing complex database schemas for ERP/CRM applications.
• Understanding of multi\-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Experience with Redis, caching, and database performance optimization.
• Ability to understand and maintain large existing codebases.

• *AI\-Assisted Development – Very Important**

We are looking for a developer who can effectively use modern AI development tools as part of their everyday engineering workflow.

Experience with tools such as

• Claude Code
• Cursor
• GitHub Copilot
• OpenAI Codex
• Other AI\-powered development agents.

The candidate should know how to

• Use AI agents to understand and navigate large codebases.
• Generate, refactor, and optimize production\-quality code.
• Use AI for debugging, root\-cause analysis, and resolving complex issues.
• Develop features using structured prompts and well\-defined technical instructions.
• Review AI\-generated code and identify incorrect logic, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
• Use AI for automated testing, documentation, and code quality improvements.
• Manage AI\-assisted development without compromising architecture, security, or maintainability.

• *Important:** We need someone who understands programming fundamentals deeply and uses AI as a powerful engineering tool, not someone who blindly copies AI\-generated code.

• *ERP / CRM / SaaS Experience**

Candidates with experience developing or maintaining complex ERP, CRM, or enterprise SaaS applications will be given high priority.

Experience supporting mobile applications is highly desirable.

• Building APIs for Android and iOS applications.

• Push notifications and real\-time communication.
• File uploads, media management, and cloud storage.
• Background processing and synchronization.
• API versioning and mobile application compatibility.
