Full Stack Developer

SproutOS is building AI\-powered products and workflows. We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who is passionate about modern web development and excited to work with AI\-assisted development tools, automation systems, and emerging technologies.

You will build scalable web applications, collaborate with cross\-functional teams, and leverage AI to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build and integrate APIs and backend services.
• Work with databases and application architecture.
• Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel\-perfect interfaces.
• Build reusable and scalable UI components.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams.
• Follow Git workflows and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver production\-ready code.
• Utilize AI tools and workflows to improve productivity and development quality.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of React.js and Next.js.
• Good understanding of JavaScript and modern web development.
• Experience with API integration and backend services.
• Basic understanding of databases and scalability concepts.
• Experience converting Figma designs into responsive UIs.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills.
