• *Meet the Team**

The Capital Development \& Investor Relations department actively manages and engages hundreds of prospective and existing investor relationships through high\-touch engagement across the limited partner lifecycle. The team aligns capital with long\-term business planning and differentiates the firm through thoughtful, client\-centric relationships.

• *What You'll Do**

• Design, develop, and maintain Python\-based backend services, integrations, and APIs supporting Capital Development \& Investor Relations workflows
• Build secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise applications that deliver intuitive, high\-performance user experiences
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate internal and third\-party systems, data sources, and platforms
• Develop user interface features and extensions that streamline business workflows and improve usability
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and data integrations
• Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing applications while integrating API\-based AI capabilities into business solutions
• *What You Bring**

• 5\+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands\-on expertise in Python
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and enterprise applications using modern Python frameworks
• Strong experience designing, building, and supporting scalable application integrations
• Hands\-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including complex SQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience with REST APIs; familiarity with SOAP services is a plus
• Working knowledge of GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Agile and DevOps principles, and standard software development practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical requirements and solution designs and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross\-functional teams
• Understanding of ML model integration and API\-based AI services, including hands\-on experience with AI coding assistants
