• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and Next.js to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience building scalable web applications, developing RESTful APIs, and creating modern, responsive user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high\-quality software solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full\-stack web applications.
• Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Python.
• Develop responsive and high\-performance frontend applications using Next.js and React.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third\-party services.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high\-quality software.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand\-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full\-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands\-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience using Git and version control workflows.
• Good understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with FastAPI, and Django
• Knowledge of server\-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Redis, Celery, or message queue systems.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
