Job Summary

Right UpNext Innovations is looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain web applications. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of frontend and backend technologies, databases, APIs, and problem\-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Build user\-friendly interfaces using frontend technologies.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic.
• Work with databases to store, manage, and retrieve data.
• Integrate third\-party APIs and external services.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance.
• Collaborate with the design, development, and project teams.
• Maintain code quality, security, and documentation.
• Assist with deployment and ongoing application maintenance.

Required Skills

• **Frontend:** HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js.
• **Backend:** Node.js, Express.js, or equivalent backend technologies.
• **Database:** MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• **Tools:** Git, GitHub, VS Code, and API testing tools.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and responsive design.
• Strong logical thinking and problem\-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or relevant knowledge in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong programming fundamentals and project knowledge are welcome.
• Candidates should be willing to learn new technologies and work on real\-time projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
