Full Stack Developer Role

• *This is not a typical Full Stack Developer role.**

We're not hiring someone to close Jira tickets and write code to spec. We're hiring a **Product Engineer** someone who thinks in terms of architecture, scalability, and customer impact, not just implementation.

At Techdome, engineering means building products that solve real business problems not just shipping features.### **Why This Role Is Different**

You'll work across live products spanning **AI, Healthcare, FinTech/Payments, HRM and Automation** collaborating directly with Founders, Product Managers, and Engineering Leaders to take ideas to production. You'll own features end\-to\-end: design, build, ship, monitor, maintain not just develop.

Key Responsibilities :* Build scalable frontend applications using React.js, Develop backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

• Design secure, scalable, and maintainable REST APIs.
• Build high\-performance data models using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Integrate third\-party APIs including payment gateways, AI services, healthcare systems, and enterprise platforms.
• Design scalable authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, architecture discussions, and release planning.
• Leverage AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to improve engineering productivity.

### **What We're Looking For**

• 3\+ years as a Product Engineer, Software Engineer, or Full Stack Developer
• Strong React.js, Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript (ES6\+)
• Hands\-on with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Security fundamentals: authentication, authorization, encryption, secure coding
• Experience with JWT, OAuth 2\.0, login/signup flows, session management, RBAC
• Git and collaborative dev workflows; Agile/Scrum experience
• A genuine product mindset ownership and accountability, not just task completion

### **Bonus Points**

• Scalable system architecture and design decisions
• Application security best practices
• Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event\-driven systems
• Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, containerized deployments
• AWS, Azure, or GCP
