Full Stack Developer

• *About the Role**

The 10X Agency is looking for a passionate and experienced **Full Stack Developer** who can build high\-performance websites and web applications from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both frontend and backend development, with the ability to develop scalable, secure, and user\-friendly digital solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Build custom web applications, CRM systems, dashboards, admin panels, and business automation tools.
• Develop both frontend and backend functionalities using modern technologies.
• Create secure and scalable REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Integrate third\-party APIs such as payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs, Google APIs, SMS APIs, etc.
• Develop, optimize, and manage databases for high performance.
• Ensure websites are mobile\-friendly, fast\-loading, and SEO optimized.
• Debug, test, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and digital marketing teams.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud servers.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and best coding practices.
• Optimize website speed, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain project documentation and version control using Git.

• Ability to build responsive and user\-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with API integration and database management.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and web security.
• Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple development projects and meet deadlines.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• **2–5\+ years of experience** in Full Stack Development.
• Portfolio of live websites or web applications.
• Experience working on CRM, ERP, SaaS products, or custom software solutions will be an added advantage.
