Job Description

We are looking for a passionate **Full Stack Developer Trainee** to join our development team. Freshers with strong hands\-on experience in **Java Spring Boot (Backend)** and **Flutter (Frontend)** are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to work on real\-world applications and gain practical industry experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build responsive and user\-friendly mobile applications using Flutter.
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high\-quality software solutions.
Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues.
Work with databases for data storage and management.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Assist in application deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Hands\-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Flutter, and Dart through academic, personal, internship, or freelance projects.
Basic understanding of REST APIs and client\-server architecture.
Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work **on\-site** and collaborate closely with the development team.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, or Microservices.
Experience with Firebase and third\-party API integrations.
Understanding of mobile app deployment processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment concepts.
