• Design and develop AI\-enabled business applications and solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows, systems, and user experiences.
• Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and solution patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and delivery teams to shape solutions.
• Support AI\-enabled client engagements and internal innovation initiatives.
• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and capability building.
• Mentor team members and support AI adoption across the Full Stack COE.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical adoption opportunities.

• *Requirements:**

• *Technical Specification**

• 5–8 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience building enterprise\-grade applications and integrations.
• Experience working with AI/LLM technologies and modern application architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud\-native development on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and APIs.
• Understanding of AI solution design, automation, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerized deployment

• *Required Skillset**

AI \& GenAI: OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Claude / Gemini, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)

Agentic AI: LangGraph / CrewAI / Semantic Kernel, MCP (Preferred)

Full Stack: React / Next.js, Node.js / Nest.js, Python
