Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer at IT futurista, you will assist in building and running a production system serving real patients and trials. This involves a prescreen and booking platform for patient outreach, intake, and scheduling; an AI agent layer on AWS Bedrock with Claude for outreach, prescreen conversations, and trial matching; a voice and SMS layer for real-time patient communication; a CTMS core managing candidate states, trial matching, audits, and integrations with Monday and calendar systems; and end-to-end HIPAA-compliant AWS infrastructure. You will experience immediate ownership as the second engineer on the platform, with the autonomy and responsibility that entails. We target candidates with 4 to 7 years of pertinent experience.
