• *Role Overview**

We’re looking for a **Full Stack Engineer** who can **own the entire build lifecycle** — from architecture and APIs to front\-end and deployment. You’ll work directly with the founding team to scale our global payments platform, orchestrating complex multi\-chain and multi\-asset flows across fiat and crypto.

• *What You'll Do**

• Build and scale our core web app and microservices — from authentication and KYB flows to crypto/fiat payment orchestration
• Integrate with payments, fintech and Web3 APIs
• Design and optimize multi\-wallet systems (custodial, non\-custodial, smart contract\-based)
• Own our backend architecture (Node.js / NestJS / Express / microservices / Postgres / Redis) and frontend stack (React / Next.js / TypeScript / Tailwind)
• Work with multi\-chain payment rails (EVM \+ Solana) and stablecoin liquidity orchestration
• Deploy and maintain code on AWS / Vercel / Docker / Kubernetes
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Growth teams to turn complex workflows into elegant UX
• Write clean, modular, testable code — and ship fast

• *What You Bring**

• 4–8 years of experience in full stack or backend\-heavy engineering roles
• Deep knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and API integrations
• Experience with microservice architecture, message queues, and cloud infra (AWS preferred)
• Working knowledge of blockchain basics, wallet systems, or Web3 APIs is a major plus
• Experience integrating payments, fintech, or identity APIs (e.g., Stripe, Plaid, SumSub, Circle, Fireblocks, etc.)
• Passion for performance, security, and scalability in distributed systems
• You write documentation as naturally as code, and you treat debugging as a craft
• You think like a builder, not an employee — curious, independent, and obsessed with impact

• *Bonus if you have:**

· Experience with Solana or EVM chains, webhooks, and real\-time transaction monitoring

· Exposure to regtech / compliance automation

· You’ve worked in an early\-stage fintech, exchange, or Web3 startup

· You understand the difference between shipping fast and shipping sloppy
