We are looking for an independent, skilled, and responsible Full Stack Mobile Application Developer with Flutter experience who can independently handle mobile application projects from understanding client requirements to final deployment.

We are not looking for someone who can only write code or work on assigned development tasks. We need someone who can take complete ownership of an application, develop it, test it, manage its backend and servers, and successfully deliver it to the client.

• *Role \& Responsibilities**

The selected candidate will have complete responsibility for the development and delivery of mobile application projects.

• Understand client requirements and project specifications.
• Independently plan and develop complete mobile applications.
• Develop applications using Flutter.
• Handle both frontend and backend development.
• Work with databases, APIs, servers, and backend integrations.
• Manage server\-side operations and application connectivity.
• Perform complete application testing and debugging.
• Identify and resolve technical issues independently.
• Optimize application performance and ensure stability.
• Handle application hosting, deployment, and publishing on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Coordinate with clients whenever technical clarification is required.
• Demonstrate the completed application to clients.
• Make necessary changes based on client feedback.
• Obtain client confirmation before taking the application live.
• Ensure successful project completion and final delivery.

• Has practical experience with Flutter mobile application development.
• Can independently develop complete mobile applications from scratch.
• Has experience working on real\-world mobile application projects.
• Is comfortable working with different programming languages and technologies.
• Can independently choose and implement the technologies best suited for a project.
• Understands backend development, APIs, databases, and server management.
• Knows how to host, deploy, and publish applications on Android and iOS.
• Can independently troubleshoot and resolve development issues.
• Can take complete ownership of a project without depending on another developer for every task.
