We are seeking a highly skilled AI\-First Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern integrations, automations, and backend systems across multiple platforms.
This is not a traditional backend development role. We are specifically looking for someone who actively leverages AI throughout their workflow to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, testing, system design, and automation.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable building custom integrations from scratch, working with APIs, creating scalable automation workflows, and implementing AI\-powered solutions for internal operations and client projects.

Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and technologies. 3\+ years of software engineering experience. Strong Python development experience. Experience building custom integrations from scratch. Experience with HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel APIs. Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data synchronization. Hands\-on experience with n8n, Make, and Zapier. Proven use of AI tools in day\-to\-day development workflows. Experience implementing AI\-powered automations and business processes. Faster delivery through effective AI utilization. Reliable and scalable integrations. Reduced manual work through automation. High\-quality documentation and maintainable systems.
