Full Stack MERN Developer

Solverix Technologies Private Limited is a Mumbai\-based software development company specialising in custom software, SaaS platforms, CRM and ERP systems, AI\-powered business automation, web applications, mobile applications and enterprise digital solutions.

We are looking for a highly skilled and technically advanced **Full Stack MERN Developer** who can independently manage production\-level projects from requirement understanding and architecture planning to development, testing, deployment and final delivery.

This position is suitable for a developer who takes complete ownership of projects, writes scalable and secure code, solves complex technical challenges and consistently delivers work within committed timelines.

• *Mandatory Eligibility Requirements**

Candidates must meet all the following requirements

• Minimum **3 years of professional industry experience** as a Full Stack MERN Developer.
• Must have successfully worked on or completed at least **20 professional software or web application projects**.
• Advanced\-level expertise in **MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js**.
• Proven experience developing and deploying production\-level applications.
• Ability to independently understand requirements, design system architecture and complete projects from start to finish.
• Strong experience building scalable, secure and high\-performance applications.
• Must be capable of delivering projects within committed timelines.
• Strong debugging, problem\-solving and performance\-optimisation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from our **Sakinaka, Andheri East office**.
• Immediate joiners will receive preference.
• Candidates currently residing in Mumbai will be preferred.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop, test and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN technology stack.
• Independently manage assigned projects from initial requirement analysis through final production deployment.
• Design application architecture, database structures, APIs and reusable frontend components.
• Build responsive and user\-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Develop secure and optimised backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and manage MongoDB databases, schemas, indexing and queries.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, third\-party APIs, payment gateways and external services.
• Implement secure authentication, authorisation and role\-based access control.
• Convert UI/UX designs into accurate, functional and responsive web applications.
• Review project requirements and provide realistic technical estimates and delivery timelines.
• Identify technical risks and resolve development challenges without continuous supervision.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging and performance optimisation.
• Deploy applications to development, staging and production environments.
• Maintain proper technical documentation, Git branches and version\-control practices.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, QA engineers and other developers.
• Guide junior developers whenever required and maintain high coding standards across the team.
• Ensure projects are completed according to the approved scope, quality standards and deadlines.
