Job Summary

Rediger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled **Full Stack Web Developer** with 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in designing, developing, testing and maintaining responsive websites and web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both front\-end and back\-end development, database management, API integration, website security, hosting and performance optimization. The candidate will work closely with designers, digital marketing professionals, SEO specialists and project managers to deliver high\-quality web solutions for clients from different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user\-friendly and high\-performing websites and web applications.
• Handle both front\-end and back\-end development activities.
• Convert UI/UX designs, Figma files and PSD layouts into functional websites.
• Develop custom websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Build and maintain websites using WordPress, WooCommerce and other CMS platforms.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on client requirements.
• Develop secure and scalable back\-end functionality.
• Create and integrate REST APIs and third\-party services.
• Integrate payment gateways, WhatsApp, CRM, email marketing tools, Google Maps and social media platforms.
• Develop and manage e\-commerce websites.
• Create product, cart, checkout, payment and order\-management functionalities.
• Manage databases and ensure proper data storage, retrieval and security.
• Troubleshoot website bugs, technical issues and compatibility problems.
• Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals and overall performance.
• Ensure websites are mobile\-friendly and compatible with major browsers.
• Implement basic technical SEO requirements, including proper heading structure, schema markup, XML sitemaps, redirects and clean URLs.
• Manage website hosting, domain configuration, SSL installation and website migration.
• Deploy websites on shared hosting, VPS, cloud platforms or production servers.
• Use Git or other version\-control systems to manage source code.
• Conduct website testing before launch.
• Maintain proper project documentation and code standards.
• Provide ongoing website maintenance, updates and technical support.
• Coordinate with the graphic design, content, SEO and digital marketing teams.
• Communicate with clients to understand technical requirements when required.
• Complete assigned projects within agreed timelines.

Required Technical SkillsFront\-End Development

• Strong knowledge of HTML5\.
• Strong knowledge of CSS3\.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive web design.
• Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS or similar CSS frameworks.
• Knowledge of React.js, Vue.js or Angular is preferred.
• Ability to convert Figma, Adobe XD or PSD designs into responsive webpages.
• Understanding of cross\-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of website accessibility and modern UI standards.

Back\-End Development

The candidate should have strong experience in at least one of the following technologies:

• PHP and Laravel
• Node.js and Express.js
• Python and Django
• Other modern back\-end frameworks

Additional requirements

• Strong understanding of server\-side programming.
• Experience with authentication and authorization.
• Experience developing admin panels and dashboards.
• Knowledge of session management, cookies and secure login systems.
• Ability to develop reusable and scalable code.

WordPress and CMS Development

• Strong experience in WordPress website development.
• Experience with Elementor, Elementor Pro, WPBakery, Gutenberg or similar page builders.
• Experience customizing WordPress themes.
• Experience customizing or developing WordPress plugins.
• Knowledge of WooCommerce website development.
• Experience with custom post types and custom fields.
• Familiarity with Advanced Custom Fields is preferred.
• Ability to resolve WordPress errors, plugin conflicts and theme issues.
• Experience in WordPress security, backup and migration.

Database Skills

• Strong knowledge of MySQL.
• Understanding of database design and optimization.
• Ability to write and manage SQL queries.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL or other databases is an advantage.
• Knowledge of database backup, recovery and security.

API and Third\-Party Integration

• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON and AJAX.
• Experience integrating payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, Stripe or PayPal.
• Experience with Google Maps API.
• Experience integrating WhatsApp, SMS and email APIs.
• Experience connecting websites with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of social media API integrations is preferred.

Hosting and Deployment

• Knowledge of domain and DNS management.
• Experience with cPanel and hosting control panels.
• Experience installing and managing SSL certificates.
• Ability to migrate websites between servers.
• Basic knowledge of Linux servers.
• Familiarity with VPS, AWS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger, GoDaddy or similar hosting services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud deployment is an added advantage.

Website Performance and Security

• Experience optimizing website loading speed.
• Knowledge of image optimization, caching and code minification.
• Understanding of Google PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals.
• Knowledge of website security best practices.
• Experience protecting websites from malware, spam and unauthorized access.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster\-recovery processes.
• Understanding of OWASP security principles is preferred.

SEO Knowledge

• Basic understanding of on\-page and technical SEO.
• Ability to create SEO\-friendly website structures.
• Knowledge of meta tags, canonical tags, robots.txt and XML sitemaps.
• Ability to implement redirects and fix broken links.
• Knowledge of schema markup is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is an advantage.

The candidate should be familiar with

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio may also apply.
• Minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years of relevant full stack web\-development experience.
• Strong portfolio of completed websites or web applications.
• Experience working independently and as part of a development team.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or web\-development company.
• Experience developing corporate, healthcare, e\-commerce, real estate, education and service\-based websites.
• Knowledge of mobile application development is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of React Native or Flutter is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools and AI integrations for websites is an advantage.
• Experience mentoring junior developers is preferred.
