We are seeking an experienced and proactive "Team Lead – Full Stack Web Developer" to lead our web development team and drive high\-quality project execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full stack Web development (frontend \& backend), hands\-on experience in managing projects, leading teams, and directly communicating with clients. This role demands both technical excellence and leadership capability.
\-Lead and mentor the Web development team
\-Manage full stack Web development (frontend \& backend)
\-Develop custom themes and plugins from scratch
\-Handle API integrations and third\-party integrations
\-Manage the complete project lifecycle (planning to deployment)
\-Lead daily scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions
\-Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide updates
\-Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards
\-Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize website performance
\-Maintain coding standards, security best practices, and scalability
\-Strong expertise in Full Stack Web Development
\-Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL

\-WooCommerce customization experience
\-Website performance optimization knowledge
