FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to analyze requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure successful implementation within ERP systems or product development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Participate in solution design discussions for ERP modules or product features.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Identify gaps in existing systems and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and technical teams.
• Provide functional support during deployment and post\-production phases.
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) or product lifecycle.
• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on ERP implementations or product\-based companies.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows.
• Exposure to UI/UX concepts and data analysis.

Job Location: Chennai .The ability to work remotely and willingness to travel domestically will be appreciated. In the future, there could be an opportunity for International travel to serve key customers.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹1,300,000\.00 per year
