None**Position Summary:**

The Functional Architect, Life Sciences Technology, owns the functional solutioning and business architecture design foundations underpinning technology solutions for life sciences clients. This role translates complex commercial, market access, patient services, and medical affairs operating models into structured requirements, domain models, and delivery\-ready artifacts.

Working within the offshore technology and delivery team, this individual leads discovery workshops, defines canonical business entities and KPI logic, and ensures alignment between business intent and technical implementation. The role bridges US\-based stakeholders and offshore engineering teams, enabling rapid, accurate, and compliant solution delivery across analytics, AI\-enabled workflows, and cloud platforms.

• *What You Will Do****:**

• Lead structured discovery sessions to define business processes, KPIs, and functional requirements.
• Own the domain model across commercial and patient\-facing functions (entities, hierarchies, process flows, business rules).
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for analytics, AI, and application teams.
• Drive the Agile culture within the team and drive the relevant ceremonies across the SDLC phases of the program.
• Define KPI frameworks and measurement logic supporting revenue performance, contracting, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with Enterprise and Cloud/Data Architects to ensure functional requirements are accurately embedded into integration and data contracts.
• Support UAT validation and reconcile outputs to business expectations.
• Document and maintain reusable domain accelerators (business glossary, KPI libraries, functional blueprints).
• Operate effectively across US and offshore time zones with strong documentation discipline

• *What You Will Need****:**

• 7–10 years of experience, including 4\+ years in US biopharma commercial, market access, patient services, or medical affairs environments.
• Strong understanding of US Pharma operating models and revenue lifecycle concepts.
• Experience with US pharma commercial data sets and understanding of the data intricacies.
• Experience translating business requirements into structured documentation and Agile artifacts.
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and resolve ambiguity through structured frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with data, analytics, and engineering teams in technology\-enabled transformations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, life sciences, or related field

• *What Would Be Nice To Have****:**

• Experience with US gross\-to\-net processes, rebate and contracting analytics, or contract performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with 340B/chargeback operations and trade/channel ecosystems.
• Exposure on HCP/HCO mastering across commercial journeys; maintain domain and data contracts.
• Experience supporting CRM or specialty pharmacy/HUB platforms.
• Consulting experience in life sciences technology delivery
