Job Description
- *Job Description \& Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead requirement gathering and business process analysis for Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Configure and customize BC modules including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), process flows, and gap\-fit analysis
- Coordinate with technical consultants for extensions and integrations
- Support data migration, UAT, go\-live, and post\-implementation support
- Conduct end\-user training and prepare user manuals

Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system optimization
