Furniture Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **Furniture Supervisor** to oversee furniture production, installation, and site execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing carpenters and workers, ensuring quality standards, meeting project deadlines, and coordinating with design and project teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise daily furniture production and site installation activities.
• Manage carpenters, polishers, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality control and finishing standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers.
• Maintain material stock records and coordinate with procurement.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Implement safety standards at workshop and project sites.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit to management.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Diploma/ITI in Carpentry, Interior Works, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or interior fit\-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, loose furniture, woodwork, and finishing.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making ability.
• Basic knowledge of materials like plywood, laminate, veneer, hardware, etc.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
