About the Role

We are looking for a hands\-on Gen AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, RAG, LangChain, and FastAPI to build and deploy scalable AI\-powered backend applications. This is a development\-focused role, and we are seeking a hardcore developer, not a solution architect.

Key Responsibilities

\* Develop AI backend applications using Python.

\* Build RAG\-based solutions with LangChain.

\* Develop and maintain APIs using FastAPI.

\* Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications.

\* Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

\* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills

\* 5\+ years of software development experience.

\* Strong hands\-on experience with \*Python, RAG, LangChain, and FastAPI\*.

\* Experience with LLM integration and REST APIs.

\* Good problem\-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

\* Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.

\* Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).

\* Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
