About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Gen AI Engineer to join our AI team. As a Fresher Gen AI Engineer, you will work on developing, testing, and deploying Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and modern AI frameworks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands\-on experience with cutting\-edge AI technologies while working on real\-world business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Generative AI applications using LLMs and AI frameworks.
• Build and optimize prompt engineering workflows for various use cases.
• Assist in developing RAG\-based solutions using vector databases.
• Work with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and other AI providers.
• Design and test AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Evaluate model performance and improve response quality.
• Research emerging trends in Generative AI and recommend improvements.
• Document AI solutions, workflows, and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Knowledge of Python programming.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar.
• Understanding of APIs, REST services, and JSON.
• Knowledge of databases and basic SQL concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with projects involving ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or open\-source LLMs.
• Understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience building personal, academic, or internship AI projects.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Recent graduates and final\-year students are encouraged to apply.
