• *About Position:**

We are looking for a GenAI Developer with foundational experience in Generative AI technologies and modern AI\-powered application development. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of GPT\-family models, AI coding assistants, LangChain, and Digital Assistant platforms. The role involves building AI\-enabled solutions, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and supporting enterprise AI initiatives.

• *What You'll Do:**

• Develop and implement Generative AI\-based applications and solutions
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications and workflows
• Build conversational AI and Digital Assistant solutions
• Design and implement prompt engineering strategies for business use cases
• Develop AI orchestration workflows using LangChain frameworks
• Integrate AI services through APIs and cloud\-based AI platforms
• Support chatbot development and conversational experiences
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI use cases
• Evaluate emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Assist in developing reusable AI components and accelerators
• Participate in AI solution testing, validation, and optimization activities
• Create technical documentation and implementation guidelines
• Contribute to AI\-driven automation and productivity improvement initiatives

• *Expertise You'll Bring:**

• Good understanding of Generative AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Basic knowledge of GPT family models and AI coding assistant platforms such as CodeWhisperer
• Familiarity with LangChain and AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience working with Digital Assistants and conversational AI solutions
• Understanding of prompt engineering techniques and best practices
• Knowledge of AI model integration through APIs and SDKs
• Experience with Python programming and automation scripting
• Understanding of REST APIs and application integration concepts
• Exposure to cloud\-based AI and machine learning services
• Familiarity with Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is an advantage
• Understanding of vector databases and embeddings is a plus
• Experience developing IDE plugins or developer productivity tools will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
• Ability to learn and adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies and frameworks
• Experience working in Agile development environments preferred
