• *Position:** General Manager – Civil
• *Location:** Ludhiana
• *Department:** Civil / Projects
• *Experience Required:** 12–18\+ Years

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and oversee all civil construction and project execution activities.
• Manage planning, budgeting, execution, and timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and manpower productivity.
• Ensure proper resource allocation and cost control across projects.
• Review BOQs, project schedules, material planning, and billing processes.
• Handle vendor and contractor management along with performance monitoring.
• Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare periodic project reports and update management on progress and risks.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of civil construction, project management, and execution.
• Experience in high\-rise, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Good leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, project planning, and reporting tools.

• *Qualification:**

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
• PMP/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile:**

• Strong decision\-making and problem\-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing large\-scale construction projects.
• Ability to work in fast\-paced and deadline\-driven environments.
