General Manager – Hotel Operations

Hotel Rudra Regency, a premium hospitality property in Motihari, Bihar, is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result\-oriented **General Manager** to lead overall hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, maintain high service standards, and drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, extensive hospitality experience, and a proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, Banquets, Maintenance, and Administration.
• Ensure smooth departmental coordination and operational efficiency.
• Develop strategies to increase hotel occupancy, revenue, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
• Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate departmental managers and staff.
• Maintain excellent guest satisfaction, service quality, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
• Manage operational budgets, expenses, inventory, and cost control.
• Drive banquet sales, corporate bookings, restaurant revenue, and business development.
• Monitor OTA performance, online reputation, guest feedback, and complaint resolution.
• Implement and maintain hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular performance updates to management.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior hotel management role.
• Previous experience in reputed 3\-star, 4\-star, or luxury hotels preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, PMS, and OTA platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision\-making, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to relocate to Motihari, Bihar.
