General Manager Operations

The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company's day\-to\-day operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing, timely project execution, quality compliance, cost control, and optimal utilization of manpower and resources.

The role involves managing production, PUF panel manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, procurement, inventory, project execution, service coordination, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations and achievement of company objectives.

The individual must be capable of independently managing operational activities while keeping the Managing Director informed of performance, challenges, costs, and improvement opportunities.

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹78,000\.00 per month
