General Manager - Operations

• **Operations Management:** Directs daily front\-of\-house (FOH) and back\-of\-house (BOH) service flow, ensures equipment maintenance, and maintains strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• **Financial \& P\&L Accountability:** Manages operating budgets, controls food and labor cost percentages, monitors inventory, reviews profit\-and\-loss (P\&L) statements, and drives revenue.
• **Team Leadership \& HR:** Recruits, trains, schedules, appraises, and retains staff while fostering a positive work culture.
• **Guest Experience:** Oversees service quality, engages directly with patrons during service, and resolves customer complaints to build loyalty.
• **Compliance \& Marketing:** Ensures compliance with local labor, health, and safety laws, and executes local or corporate marketing initiatives

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
