Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced **General Manager – Sales** to lead sales and marketing operations, drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and build a high\-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall sales and marketing operations for assigned projects.
• Develop sales strategies and drive achievement of revenue and sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Build relationships with **corporates, HNIs, investors, and key clients**.
• Generate enquiries and ensure effective lead follow\-up and conversion.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and review team performance.
• Drive sales through networking, exhibitions, PR, events, and promotional activities.
• Manage customer negotiations, site visits, and sales closures.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, developers, and internal teams throughout the sales process.
• Ensure timely payment follow\-ups and collections as per company guidelines.
• Prepare and present **MIS and sales performance reports** to management.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and upcoming business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with **MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred**.
